Ebor Building Services is a residential building company based in York with a reputation for solid workmanship and reliable service. The goal of this project was to strengthen how the company presents itself, build trust with homeowners, and create a brand that reflects the quality of their work.
Summary
We created a refined brand identity and website for No21 Tanning and Beauty that reflects the premium experience customers expect from the moment they engage with the business. The work focused on elevating perception, building trust, and creating a digital presence that feels as considered and luxurious as the service itself.
Challenges
No21 offered a high-quality tanning and beauty experience, but the brand and website did not reflect this level of care or professionalism. The existing presence lacked cohesion and visual confidence, making it difficult for customers to immediately recognise the business as premium. There was also no clear digital journey to support bookings or communicate the experience customers could expect.
Solutions
We developed a modern, luxury-led brand identity built around restraint, confidence, and clarity. Colour, typography, and visual tone were carefully chosen to mirror the calm, high-end environment customers experience in the salon.
This identity was then carried through into a custom website designed with simplicity and ease in mind. Every element was considered, from layout and spacing to language and flow, ensuring customers could quickly understand the offer, feel reassured by what they saw, and book with confidence.
The result is a joined-up brand and website that positions No21 as a premium destination, sets clear expectations, and supports long-term growth by making the experience feel elevated from first glance to final booking.
