Ebor Building Services is a residential building company based in York with a reputation for solid workmanship and reliable service. The goal of this project was to strengthen how the company presents itself, build trust with homeowners, and create a brand that reflects the quality of their work.
Summary
We designed a bespoke presentation system for Agile Communications to support clear, confident communication at senior level. The work focused on translating complex insight into structured, visual storytelling that key stakeholders could absorb quickly and engage with fully. Custom illustration, brand-led design, and clear information hierarchy helped ensure the message landed with impact and purpose.
Challenges
Agile Communications needed to present detailed insight to shareholders and senior decision-makers without overwhelming the room. The existing material lacked visual structure, making it difficult to retain attention and extract key messages. Important information risked being lost in dense content, reducing clarity and limiting the effectiveness of the presentation as a communication tool.
Solutions
We began by understanding the audience, context, and intent of the presentation. Working closely with Agile’s lead copywriter, we structured the content into clear, bite-sized sections that guided viewers through the narrative with confidence.
A fully custom visual system was developed, using brand colours, patterns, and bespoke illustrations to support understanding rather than distract from it. Infographics were used to simplify data and reinforce key points, while layout and pacing were designed to maintain attention throughout.
The result was a presentation that communicated insight clearly, felt considered and professional, and supported confident delivery at senior level.
