Ebor Building Services is a residential building company based in York with a reputation for solid workmanship and reliable service. The goal of this project was to strengthen how the company presents itself, build trust with homeowners, and create a brand that reflects the quality of their work.
Summary
We developed a complete marketing strategy, new brand identity and a modern website that show the strength of Ebor’s craft. Each element was created to help the business attract more enquiries, win larger projects and build long term credibility. The project repositioned Ebor from a local contractor into a company homeowners feel confident trusting with major work.

The company was well regarded, but the brand did not reflect the standard of the work. Their previous identity looked dated and lacked consistency. The website did not explain what they offered or why homeowners should choose them. The business relied heavily on word of mouth and had no clear marketing direction to support growth.
