WP Property Maintenance is a local handyman service supporting homeowners across Bedfordshire with reliable, high-quality home maintenance. The goal of this project was to create a more professional brand that people would recognise and trust at first glance, then increase enquiries through focused local advertising in the areas where demand was strongest.

We helped WP Property Maintenance establish a clearer, more professional presence to support steady lead generation. The project focused on rebranding the business and introducing targeted local marketing to help attract higher quality enquiries and build trust with homeowners across Bedfordshire.

An AI generated logo lacked personality and memorability, making it difficult for the business to stand out. There was no consistent visual identity and no active marketing to support enquiries or growth.

We began by creating a new brand identity that felt simple, professional, and easy to recognise. A minimal logo and considered colour palette helped communicate quality and reliability at first glance, giving the business a stronger presence across all touchpoints.
